inclement weather & facility closure policy
Indoor Volleyball
Sessions are only cancelled if we lose access to the facility. If the facility is open, sessions will continue to run. In the event of a cancelled session, every effort will be made to hold a make-up session at a later date. Due to gym availability this is not always possible. If there is no make-up session, we will offer a credit or refund for the missed day(s). The amount of credit or refund will be determined by the Club based on recoverable costs and a breakdown of this amount will be provided to all registrants.
Beach Volleyball
Programs will run rain or shine. The program will only be cancelled if there is a significant amount of water pooling on the courts or if there is a public health advisory in effect advising people to avoid all outdoor activity due to poor air quality. In the event of lightning or extremely heavy rain, sessions may be suspended for a short period of time. If a session is “suspended” (onsite delay), no refunds or credits will be given. If a session is cancelled, a credit or refund will be issued for the missed day(s). The 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. The amount of the credit or refund will be determined by the Club based on recoverable costs and a breakdown of this amount will be provided to all registrants.

General Refund Policy |
(Not including Beach Volleyball Summer Camps) |
Cancellation PRIOR to the start of a program
If a parent/player requests to cancel before a program has started, they may choose either a full credit toward a future BCO program (usable by anyone on the family's account) or a refund minus a 10% administration fee (returned to the original payment method). The 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation AFTER THE START of a program
If a player/parent requests to cancel before 50% of the program is complete, they will receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining sessions, minus a 20% administration fee. No refunds will be provided after 50% of the program is completed. The 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable.
Refund Policy for Club Team Registration Fees
Except in extenuating circumstances, no refunds will be given for club team registration fees after a player has committed. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Suspension or Cancellation of a Program by the Club
In the event a program must be suspended or cancelled for any reason prior to its scheduled conclusion, the Club will provide a pro-rated refund for any recoverable costs associated with the registration fee. However, fees for unrecoverable costs—such as coach payments, non-refundable facility rentals, insurance, uniforms, equipment, and other fixed expenses—are non-refundable, including the 4% credit card processing fee. Except for unusual circumstances, we will provide full refunds for any program(s) that are cancelled before the scheduled start date.
